Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard orders are processed Monday-Friday with the exclusion of any New Zealand public holidays. For orders placed and processed you will receive an order confirmation, however your item may not immediately be shipped from the warehouse. Once item(s) are processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

NEW ZEALAND: We use New Zealand Couriers (NZC)
We charge a flat shipping rate of NZ$9.50 within New Zealand for tracked/non-signature courier.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for shipping, Monday-Friday (not including weekends or Public Holidays). Orders shipped via NZC typically arrive within 1-3 business days after you have received notification of shipment via email.
All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday morning.

AUSTRALIA : We use DHL International Express Courier. (DHL)
A flat shipping rate of NZ$ 40.00 applies for shipment to Australia for tracked/signature required International Express Courier
Shipments to Australia are processed and shipped via DHL. Once processed your order may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

REST OF WORLD/INTERNATIONAL.
We offer tracked International Courier Service to all countries by DHL courier. Flat shipping rates are offered to selected countries which will be indicated and charged at Checkout.
Shipments to Rest of World are processed and shipped via DHL. Once processed your order may take 7-14 business days to arrive.

International Customs Duties
Each individual country has different customs and duties charges, and in the event that these charges are enforced it will be the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to pay these charges.
The relevant local authorities may not release parcels until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing an order.

Please note for all International Shipments outside of New Zealand:

  • The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty/GST/VAT at the time of entry into the country of destination.
  • There are still delays shipping outside of New Zealand, in some circumstances delivery can take up to 14 working days to some International destinations.
  • Order processing time can take up to 3 business days.
  • DHL International Courier service items cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
  • A valid contact phone number is required for all International shipments
  • Someone must be present to sign for delivery of the parcel.
