It's a busy time of year and whilst we are still open there will be some shipping and logistics delays and cut offs to consider for any orders placed between the 9th December 2024 and the 6th January 2025.

NEW ZEALAND ONLY

Orders placed up to Thursday 19th December, to arrive by the 24th December*
Orders placed from Tuesday 24th December 2024 until the 6th January 2025, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
From 6th January 2025 onwards normal shipping services resume 1-2 days Nationwide New Zealand for delivery*
*Delivery to Remote rural addressed areas will take longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed up to Monday 9th December, to arrive by the 24th December
Orders placed from Sunday 24th December 2024 until the 6th January 2025, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
From 6th January onwards normal shipping services resume 5-7 days for delivery to most locations worldwide.

JERSEY PERSONALISATION

Orders with Personalisation Name and/or Number, placed by Monday 9th December 2024 to arrive by the 24th December 2024.

There will be no service available for Personalisation Name and Number from the 10th December 2024 until the 6th January 2025.
